Earlier this year Brisbane/Sunshine Coast garage-punk trio Haters released their debut album Non-Violent to great acclaim, and to celebrate the belated vinyl release (dropping on Fri 23 Nov through ABC Music) they’re hitting Sonic Sherpa the following day for a free, all ages showcase!
Despite their angsty-sounding name Haters augment their blistering riffs and rhythms with lyrics about resilience and the power of community, forging an uplifting amalgam of love and optimism perfect for these often troubling times.
